By working with breath, awareness and movement, Lisa invites her students to use yoga to transform all the dimensions of their lives–not just the physical. Each class travels through the powerful doorway of the asanas (poses) to deeply explore the vast inner landscape and consciously connect with spirit.

Her Vinyasa Flow classes (poses linked by fluid movement and breath) provide a deep and challenging experience, while allowing for personal modifications. The skills you learn will
provide you with valuable tools for the demands of daily living. Dialogue is encouraged.

Warning: Mild doses of pranayama (breath work), dhyana (meditation), and mantra (chanting) may occur, possibly resulting in blooming of the heart and sparkling of the spirit.

In private and semi-private sessions, you will receive individual attention with discussion and adjustments specifically tailored for your needs. Verbal suggestions and manual adjustments help you awaken and understand the interconnection of body and breath with awareness and energy. Excellent for beginners, crosstrainers, those with injuries, health concerns and anyone who wants to deepen their practice. Sessions available by appointment for individuals, small groups or special events.
